With this tool, you have 24/7 access to:

  • Send secure messages to your care team – Secure messaging gives you the convenient ability to ask questions as they occur to you and communicate with your provider on your schedule. Encrypted messages ensure that your health information is private and protected.
  • View your health records – You can find appointment instructions, medications, immunization records, and more. Maintain current records to experience more efficient care and seamless communication between you and your provider.
  • View your latest test results – Lab test reports will be available online as soon as they are released by your provider. View, save, and print these results at any time.
  • Manage appointments expediently – You can confirm, reschedule, or cancel upcoming appointments, and request a new appointment all without picking up the phone.
  • Patients who wish to participate will be issued a welcome email during their visit. This email will enable you to log in and create an account. If you're not a member yet and visit our medical offices for health care, please call us at 530-708-8800 x11602.
  • Download the Cerner HealtheLife App, available in the Apple App Store and Google Play.
