Alturas, Calif. – Due to technical issues between telephone and pharmacy software service providers, Last Frontier Pharmacy has temporarily disconnected its telephonic refill request function, suspending patients’ ability to submit refill requests through the automated telephone prompt service.
This impacts the automated telephone service only. Phone calls to pharmacy staff are unaffected by this software issue.
Patients should call the pharmacy and speak with a staff member directly to request a prescription refill. Last Frontier Pharmacy staff can be reached by phone at (530) 708-8850 during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm.
Last Frontier Pharmacy is working closely with technicians from both companies to resolve the issue, though there is no estimated date of restoration. Last Frontier’s automated text messaging program is working as intended.
