Warnerview Skilled Nursing Facility is known for being home to those who require around-the-clock care while keeping them immersed in the community they love. Warnerview served as MMC’s sole long-term care facility for decades. With the organization’s expansion to include Mountain View Skilled Nursing Facility, Warnerview was converted to a 34-bed facility, offering both semi-private and private rooms.
In 2025, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid (CMS) granted its pinnacle five-star rating to Warnerview, recognizing the facility among the best in the nation. At Warnerview, your loved one will experience our unwavering commitment to offering comprehensive and dignified care on an individual basis.
Decisions relating to family and health are among the most challenging to make. Our experienced skilled nursing staff understand and are eager to help you with information about short and long-term care. We accept Medicare and Medi-Cal.
